Five o'clock in the morning remnants of Bonnie reached Bay St. Louis with flashes of lightning so bright you could 'see' the light through closed eyes, waiting for the boom of thunder that came much too quickly so you knew it was right on top of you and then listening as it faded away into the distance. The boats are already heading back out to the oil and reports have yet to come in on what further oil damage has been done due to the storm.

  1. Sorry I've not checked in lately--been traveling and out of touch with the world; so glad Bonnie just did a brief appearance and left. Love the photo of you and your sister in Madrid--we also loved the castle; in fact, all castles have that certain mystery.

  2. I have been trying to keep up with your travels and am looking forward to reading about Convergance. I agree about castles. The day we visited Michael York and Frank Finley were in full Musketeer regalia filming what turned out to be the least popular of the series..kept us waiting to get into our castle! but exciting nontheless.
