It is so hard to believe that it has been three quarters of a year since I last posted with full intentions of posting again very soon! Well, here we are; I finished Madli's shawl and loved it, but finished it just in time to give to a dear friend who was moving away.
The roses make it look as though I was busy in the garden, yet this is an example of how my neglect achieved what I wished. I purchased this lovely climbing rose years ago, and last year was the first time it sent off a climbing shoot! Yea!! Because I left it alone! Last spring the flowering border was fragrant, wonderfully so.
Had time to spend with my precious Sophie for a little while.
Made a little outfit for a new grand-niece. Enjoyed the reflections in the kitchen, yes I did the dishes.
